1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using cybersafecompliancesolutions.com or purchasing any product from CyberSafe Compliance Solutions, LLC ("CyberSafe," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Products and Services

CyberSafe sells digital products including cybersecurity policy templates, compliance spreadsheet tools, a compliance management platform (the "Compliance Tracker"), and monthly cybersecurity awareness training emails. All products are delivered digitally.

Our products are NIST CSF 2.0 aligned. "NIST CSF 2.0 aligned" means our products are designed to map to the publicly available NIST Cybersecurity Framework version 2.0. CyberSafe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially recognized by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).

3. License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a product from CyberSafe, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your own single business. You may:

• Customize and implement policy documents for your own organization
• Distribute policies internally to your own employees
• Use spreadsheet tools and platform features for your own compliance management

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any CyberSafe product to third parties
• Use our products to create competing products or services
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary labels
• Share your copy of the Compliance Suite application with users outside your organization

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment card information. Every CyberSafe product — including the policy kits, the Compliance Suite, and the Security Awareness Training Suite — is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or auto-renewals.

5. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on policy kits, the Compliance Suite, or the Security Awareness Training Suite. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing a product you purchased, contact us at support@cybersafecompliancesolutions.com and we will make it right. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties

CyberSafe products are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of our products. Our policy templates and compliance tools are designed to help small businesses improve their security posture — they do not guarantee protection against cyberattacks, data breaches, regulatory penalties, or denial of cyber insurance claims.

Use of our products is not a substitute for professional cybersecurity consulting, legal advice, or technical security implementations appropriate to your specific business environment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CyberSafe Compliance Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our products — including text, designs, templates, spreadsheets, software, and training materials — is the intellectual property of CyberSafe Compliance Solutions, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our products or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CyberSafe Compliance Solutions, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
